摘要
Abstract
With the vigorous development of China's scientific research undertakings, logistics service management in research institutes has increasingly emerged as a pivotal underpinning for safeguarding the efficient operation of scientific research activities. However, constrained by the demands of modern scientific research, the traditional logistics service model shows conspicuous drawbacks:inefficiencies in workflow and imbalances in resource allocation, and this not only impedes overall operational performance but also undermines the optimal utilization of research resources.Against this backdrop, advancing the transformation of logistics services toward socialization, marketization, and professionalization has become an inexorable trend in the reform and development of research institutes.Taking Institute A,a typical representative in the field of agricultural research institutes,as the research subject, this study systematically identified the practical challenges encountered during its logistics management system reform and institutional function adjustment.Through in-depth analysis of the underlying causes of these issues, targeted solutions were proposed in conjunction with the actual context of Institute A,encompassing three core dimensions:management system innovation, service process re-engineering,and resource allocation optimization, thereby constructing a feasible reform pathway. And this research intended to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the logistics reform of agricultural research institutes.By enhancing the level of logistics management,it aimed to empower agricultural technological innovation, ultimately realizing the coordinated advancement of"first-class"institute construction and agricultural science and technology development, and laying a solid foundation for the high-quality development of China's agricultural research undertakings.关键词
