欧盟缺陷产品立法新变化对我国产品安全的启示
New Changes in EU Legislation on Defective Products and Their Implications for Product Safety in China
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]This paper examines the EU's legislative framework and recent updates to its defect product legislation over the past two years.[Methods]It analyzes the changing characteristics of products on consumer markets in the context of digital economy.[Results]The study highlights the needs for China to enhance its product safety and recall mechanisms in response to digital product forms,e-commerce channels,and changing consumption patterns.[Conclusion]Suggestions are given including broadening the product scope,expanding the definition of defects,and clarifying e-commerce platforms'product quality and safety responsibilities.Amid tech-driven shifts in product design,manufacturing,marketing,and usage,the research emphasizes the importance of continually strengthening consumer protection.关键词
