Research on the Technical Trade Measures System of Agricultural Food Products in Bulgaria
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The paper systematically reviews the technical trade measures system of agricultural food products in Bulgaria,so as to provide reference for the development of agricultural product trade between China and Bulgaria as well as other Central and Eastern European countries.[Methods]The study mainly deconstructs and analyzes the regulatory system through legal texts,exploring the core contents such as the regulatory institutions,laws and regulations,and conformity assessment procedures of the technical trade measures system of agricultural food products in Bulgaria.[Results]Bulgaria has established a system that integrates EU regulations,domestic legislation,and implementation details,featuring standardization,internationalization,and flexible iteration.[Conclusion]Clarifying the technical trade measures system for agricultural food products in Bulgaria is of great significance for helping Chinese enterprises break through trade barriers,optimize export strategies for agricultural products,and promote the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative between China and Central and Eastern Europe.关键词
