摘要

Abstract

The newly-built Zhengzhou-Xuzhou High-Speed Rail Link,with a reserved connection to the Zheng-zhou-Wanzhou Railway,is designed for a speed of 250 km/h and features ballastless continuous welded track.During the beam transport and erection for Piers 0#-213#of the Ekai No.1 Viaduct,the alignment intersects with both the Zhengzhou-Xi'an and Zhengzhou Airport Intercity Railway lines,with the box girder between Piers 34#and 35#spanning over the Lanzhou-Lianyungang Railway.The Lanzhou-Lianyungang Railway is a busy,electrified double-track route running east to west,serving both passenger and freight traffic,with an av-erage train interval of three minutes in the Zhengzhou section.Erecting box girders overpassing the Lanzhou-Lianyungang Railway is a critical,high-risk operation with tight time constraints.This paper describes the safety-critical box girder erection techniques employed by a 900t transport and erection machine.
