摘要

Abstract

Prefabricated stations have the characteristics of green technology integration,BIM technology inte-gration,intelligent integration,standardized integration,industrial production,prefabricated construction,infor-mation management,and integrated decoration.The promotion and application of intelligent gantry cranes in prefabricated stations are promoting the development of the rail transit industry towards intelligence,humani-zation,and green direction.This paper elaborates on the process of tackling six key technologies based on the construction characteristics of prefabricated stations in Shenzhen Metro,including load balancing technology for ultra long and heavy components,component posture adjustment technology,precise positioning technology,automatic path planning and obstacle avoidance technology,and component data assembly management.The first 90 t+90 t intelligent gantry crane for prefabricated stations in China has been developed and successfully applied at Shenzhen Metro Shapu Station,Municipal Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Station,and Huaxia Station,achieving significant economic and social benefits.
