Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the emergency treatment of acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema.Methods:Forty patients with acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema admitted to the emergency department of Beijing Second Hospital from June 2022 to May 2025 were selected as the research ob-ject,and were randomly divided into two groups,20 patients in the control group were provided with routine oxy-gen therapy and 20 patients in the experimental group were provided with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation,and the prognosis of the two groups was compared.Results:There was no statistical difference in basic vital signs and blood gas indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the basic vital signs and the total complication rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood gas indexes in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportion of new york Heart Association(NYHA)grade Ⅰ(80.00%)and the total effective rate(100.00%)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,while the propor-tion of NYHA grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ and IV was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the emergency treatment of patients with acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema is beneficial to improve their basic vital signs,cardiac function and blood gas indexes,and prevent complica-tions.关键词
