Abstract
Objective:To analyze the promoting effect of community health service center to carry out prescription review of Chinese patent medicine on clinical rational drug use.Methods:500 prescriptions of Chinese patent medi-cines that were not reviewed in Jianguomen Community Health Service Center,Dongcheng District,Beijing from January to June,2024 were selected as the control group,and the use of Chinese patent medicines was evaluated mainly according to the guiding principles of clinical application of Chinese patent medicines.500 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines that were reviewed from July to December,2024 were selected as the observation group,and the prescription review measures of Chinese patent medicines were applied on the basis of the control group.The detection of irregular and unreasonable prescriptions in the two groups was compared with the safety of medi-cation.Results:The detection rate of irregular and unreasonable prescriptions in the observation group was signifi-cantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The development of prescription re-view of Chinese patent medicines in community health service centers can obviously promote clinical rational drug use.Strengthening prescription review can effectively reduce the unqualified rate of prescriptions and the incidence of adverse drug events,and ensure patients'safe and effective drug use.关键词
