Abstract
This paper presents a detailed introduction to the non-contact near-infrared intelligent online detection technology for moisture content in sand and gravel aggregates.It elaborates on the working principle of the key component-the moisture content detection sensor-based on the microwave moisture measurement principle and the relationship between resonance frequency and humidity variation.The basic structure of the sensor,inclu-ding the test area,fixed area,and transmission area,is described.The composition of the entire online detection system is introduced,covering the moisture content measurement system,signal transmission system,data pro-cessing system,and data storage system.Through in-depth research on this technology,the aim is to provide theoretical support and practical references for accurate and efficient moisture content detection in sand and gravel aggregate production processes.关键词
