Abstract

Objective:To explore the application value of neonatal behavioral neurometry(NBNA)in the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and its clinical significance in prognosis evaluation.Methods:From June 2022 to June 2024,90 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were selected and randomly divided into observa-tion group and control group.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing intervention,and the ob-servation group was evaluated by NBNA on this basis,and the treatment plan was adjusted accordingly.The thera-peutic effect,neurobehavioral development,bilirubin level changes and long-term prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The NBNA scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the time of reaching the standard of bilirubin level in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence of complications in the observa-tion group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neonatal NBNA has important clinical application value in the diagnosis and treatment of hyperbilirubinemia,which can effectively assist the formulation of treatment plan,thus helping to improve the treatment effect and reduce complications.
