摘要

Abstract

To address the prevalent issue of high rebound rate in shotcrete applications under unfavorable geo-logical conditions,this study proposes the incorporation of HB7-2B rebound inhibitor.Experimental results demonstrate that the addition of this inhibitor significantly reduces the shotcrete rebound rate from 17.1%to below 8.1%,while improving construction efficiency by 36.6%and achieving comprehensive material cost sav-ings of 57.7 RMB/m3.The research confirms that HB7-2B rebound inhibitor effectively controls shotcrete re-bound loss,demonstrating significant technical and economic benefits with broad application potential in under-ground engineering shotcrete construction.
