Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of suspended moxibustion combined with rehabilitation rhythmic exerci-ses in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:Methods The data of 80 stroke patients with hemiplegia were col-lected from January 2023 to November 2024,all from Taixing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Patients were divided into two groups,40 cases in the control group were given routine rehabilitation measures,and 40 cases in the observation group were given suspended moxibustion combined with rehabilitation rhythmic exercises on the basis of routine rehabilitation.Contrast the intervention effect.Results:The total effective rate of the two groups was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).After one week and three weeks of intervention,the scores of mo-tor function rating scale(FMA)、modified Barthel index rating scale(MBI)and stroke-specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)in the two groups were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suspended moxi-bustion combined with rehabilitation rhythmic exercise is effective in stroke patients with hemiplegia,which can improve the limb function and life ability of patients and improve the quality of life,and has reference value.关键词
