乳腺癌内分泌治疗后类绝经综合征的中医体质相关性研究
Correlation Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution and Climacteric-like Syndrome Following Endocrine Therapy for Breast Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the correlation between TCM constitution and menopausal syndrome in patients with breast cancer after endocrine therapy in Foshan area.Methods:From January 2022 to April 2025,patients in the Depart-ment of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of the First People's Hospital of Foshan City were selected as the research object,and 44 breast cancer patients with menopausal syndrome after endocrine therapy were taken as the ob-servation group,and 44 female patients without breast cancer were taken as the control group.Compare the constitutions of two groups of TCM,and make a statistical analysis of the literatures about the relativity between TCM constitutions of obstetrics and gynecology and breast diseases in the north and south.Results:All the 88 patients were mainly combined with constitution.The TCM constitutions of the observation group are mainly damp-heat、blood stasis、qi stagnation and phlegm-dampness tendency,while those of the control group are mainly damp-heat、blood stasis、idiosyncrasy and qi de-ficiency tendency.The phlegm-dampness and damp-heat in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The proportion of qi deficiency in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).In the literature research,qi deficiency,damp-heat,blood stasis and qi stagnation are the main factors in South China.Yang deficiency,yin deficiency and phlegm-dampness are the main types in the north,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:There may be a correlation between menopausal syn-drome and TCM constitution after endocrine therapy for breast cancer in Foshan,and the correlation between the patient's constitution and the region is significant.关键词
