Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of multi-slice CT in the diagnosis of liver cancer and compare it with ultrasound,so as to provide imaging basis for the early diagnosis of liver cancer.Methods:From January 2023 to December 2024,the clinical data of 80 patients with pathologically confirmed liver space occupying lesions in the First Affiliated Hospital of China University of Science and Technology(Anhui Provincial Hospital)were retro-spectively analyzed,including 60 cases of liver cancer and 20 cases of benign liver lesions.All patients were exam-ined by multi-slice CT and ultrasound,and the diagnostic efficiency of the two methods was compared with patho-logical results as the gold standard,including sensitivity、specificity、accuracy and detection rate of lesions of differ-ent sizes.Results:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of multi-slice CT in the diagnosis of liver cancer were 91.67%(55/60)、85.00%(17/20)and 90.00%(72/80),which were significantly higher than those of ultrasound examination(75.00%(45/60)and 65.00%(13/20).The detection rate of small hepatocellular carcinoma with di-ameter less than<3 cm by multi-slice CT was 84.62%(11/13),which was significantly higher than that by ul-trasound(53.85%,7/13)(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of multi-slice CT in TNM staging of hepatocellular carcinoma was 81.67%(49/60),which was significantly higher than that of ultrasound examination(63.33%,38/60)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-slice CT has high sensitivity、specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of liver cancer,especially in the detection and staging evaluation of small liver cancer,and can be used as the preferred ima-ging method for clinical diagnosis of liver cancer.关键词
