心理干预对尿毒症患者血液透析期的护理价值分析
Analysis of The Value of Psychological Intervention in The Nursing of Uremic Patients During Hemodialysis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing value of psychological intervention on uremia patients during hemodialysis.Methods:60 uremia patients in hemodialysis period admitted to Gaozhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were select-ed from January 2023 to January 2025.Grouping by random number table method.The control group took routine nurs-ing,while the research group added psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of CD-RISC and SF-36 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular diseases was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psy-chological intervention in uremic patients during hemodialysis can relieve negative emotions,enhance psychological resili-ence,improve quality of life and prevent cardiovascular diseases.关键词
