Abstract
Golden Mirror of Medicine(Yizong Jinjian,医宗金鉴)is a medical masterpiece compiled by WU Qian and other outstanding medical scientists in the Qing Dynasty.This book covers many medical fields,including internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,and pediatrics.Regarded as one of the important classics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),it is particularly unique in the discussion and treatment of digital gangrene.This article reviewed the staging of digital gangrene in the Golden Mirror of Medicine,Key Points of Surgery,focused on the analysis of the internal and external treatments of digital gangrene in the chapter,and condensed the syndrome differentiation in the modern Chinese Guideline on Prevention and Management of Diabetic Foot(2019 edition).Modern clinical practice,based on traditional treatment methods,combines vascular reconstruction,wound repair,and other technologies to further improve the efficacy and prognosis.关键词
