基于CiteSpace的天王补心丹研究知识图谱可视化分析
Knowledge Map Visualization Analysis of Tianwang Buxin Dan Research Based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
Objective To reveal the current status,hotspots,and front of Tianwang Buxin Dan research through knowledge map visualization analysis.Methods Literature related to Tianwang Buxin Dan was retrieved from the China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese Academic Journals Database(Wanfang Data),and the Chinese Scientific Journal Full-text Database(VIP)since the establishment of databases to December 31,2025.Then,CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used to obtain knowledge maps of authors,institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 506 articles were selected from 189 journals.The literature primarily focused on clinical applications(69.37%),mainly for mental,neurological,cardiovascular,and other internal diseases(87.94%),while involving syndromes including yin deficiency with effulgent fire,non-interaction between heart and kidney,as well as yin deficiency and blood deficiency.Among the authors,HUANG Panpan and XIE Guangjing had the most publications,each with 12 articles.Core research institutions included Beijing University of Chinese Medicine(19 articles)and Hubei University of Chinese Medicine(18 articles).High-frequency keywords included insomnia,perimenopausal period,palpitations,and Yin deficiency with effulgent fire,forming 10 clusters such as Guipi Decoction,anxiety,and molecular docking.Emergent words currently included acupuncture,glucolipid metabolism,energy metabolism,and oxidative stress.Conclusion The publication volume of Tianwang Buxin Dan research has shown an overall increasing trend.The current research hotspots mainly focus on traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy,the combined use of Chinese medicines,and integrative traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment.The research front emphasizes in-depth exploration of its active components and mechanisms,further guiding medicinal value exploration and application scope expanding.关键词
