中西医治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎随机对照试验的结局指标现状分析
Analysis on the Current Status of Outcome Indicators in Randomized Controlled Trails of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Non-puerperal Mastitis

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the utilization of outcome measures in randomized controlled trials(RCTs)investigating non-puerperal mastitis(NPM).Methods We conducted a comprehensive search in CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of Science and ChiCtr until February 28,2025.RCTs with confirmed diagnoses were selected.Qualified RCTs underwent structured data extraction,risk of bias assessment,and outcome synthesis with domain classification.Results A total of 238 RCTs were included,involving 177 outcome indicators.These indicators were categorized as follows:traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes(6 items),symptoms/signs(70 items),perioperative indicators(87 items),quality of life(10 items),long-term prognosis(2 items),safety events(16 items),and economic outcome indicators(3 items).Conclusion Different clinical interventions emphasize different NPM outcome indicators.There are unique characteristics in TCM syndromes,while the outcome indicators are diverse and lack a unified standard.关键词
