国医大师薛伯寿运用"补土伏火"法辨证治疗复发性口腔溃疡经验
TCM Master XUE Boshou's Experience in Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Recurrent Oral Ulcer by the"Tonify Earth to Subdue Fire"Method

Abstract
Recurrent oral ulcer is clinically challenging due to itspersistent,long-term nature and difficulty in healing.Inheriting Mr.PU Fuzhou's academic thought and experience,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)master XUE Boshou thinks that recurrent oral ulcer is more based on spleen and stomach dysfunction,with lesions often involving heart and kidney.He further clarifies the core pathogenesis as"earth fails to subdue fire",mainly reflected in the following three aspects:"earth deficiency leading to fire disturbance,fire attack,and fire floating".In his clinical practice,Professor XUE Boshou treats recurrent oral ulcers by three methods of"tonifying earth qi to subdue heart fire","tonifying earth qi and raising earth yang to subdue yin fire",and"tonifying earth yang to subdue floating fire",achieving ideal outcomes.关键词
