Professor YANG Qian's Experience in Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based on the"Yin Fire"Theory
摘要
Abstract
Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is a clinically common disease of the digestive system and a precancerous gastric disease.Professor YANG Qian believes that the occurrence and development of CAG are related to spleen qi deficiency and endogenous yin fire.With dampness turbidity and blood stasis,yin fire can cause turbid toxin,which hurts original qi.Therefore,treatment should follow the direction of cultivating original qi,ascending clear yang,eliminating turbid and removing toxin,and reducing fire in stages,with definite clinical effect.By illustrating the source of the Yin Fire theory,this paper discussed the pathogenesis of CAG from the perspective of the theory and the common prescriptions of Professor YANG Qian based on the theory,briefly describing her experience in treating CAG.关键词
