Professor FANG Zhuyuan's Experience in Treating Early Kidney Damage of Hypertension Based on"Excess Causing Disease"
摘要
Abstract
As a common chronic disease in clinical practice,hypertension can damage various target organs,including the heart,brain,kidneys,and blood vessels.Kidney damage can occur in the early stages of hypertension.Professor FANG Zhuyuan believes that the primary pathological factors of early kidney damage of hypertension are wind,fire,phlegm,and blood stasis.Deficiency is the result rather than the cause,so the pathogenesis of early kidney damage of hypertension is"excess causing disease".In clinical practice,medicines are often used to purge excess and to tonify deficiency,with attention paid to flexible modification.关键词
