摘要

Abstract

A series of Guerbet alcohol polyether sulfate surfactants GC16PmEnAS were prepared by sulfonation with amino sulfonic acid by using Guerbet C16 alcohol,ethylene oxide(EO),and propylene oxide(PO)as raw materials.The structural properties of the product were characterized by FTIR and 1H NMR,and its solubility,surface/interface activity,emulsifying ability,and interfacial viscoelasticity were evaluated.The results indicate that the surfactants have good solubility at low temperatures.In the case of a higher EO group number,the hydrophilicity is stronger,and the salt tolerance is better.Additionally,the optimal salinity increases for achieving the lowest interfacial tension.At a higher PO group number,the hydrophobicity is stronger,and the critical micelle concentration is lower.Adjusting the EO and PO amounts can change the equivalent alkane carbon number.Adding 0.3%(w)lower alcohol(isoamyl alcohol)to GC16P6E6AS can improve the oil phase emulsification rate.Under the mass fraction of NaCl is 3%,the oil phase emulsification rate can reach 80%,and the emulsion has the best stability.
