Effect pattern of 2-D nanosheets on properties of polyacrylamide solutions

Abstract
Two-dimensional(2-D)nanosheets were prepared using BN as the raw material,and a stable partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM)/2-D nanosheet system was constructed.The effects of 2-D nanosheets on the structure and properties of HPAM were analyzed via FTIR,SEM,viscosity measurement,and other methods,and the oil displacement efficiency of the system was also investigated.The experimental results indicate that the introduction of 2-D nanosheets densifies the three-dimensional network structure of the system.The addition of 2-D nanosheets enhances the internal interactions of HPAM,improves the structural stability of the system,and thereby increases the viscosity of the HPAM solution.For the 0.04%(w)2-D nanosheet/0.3%(w)HPAM system,the viscosity increase rate reaches 18.75%.Compared with the pure HPAM solution,this system exhibits superior temperature resistance,salt resistance,and shear resistance.At room temperature,the system can increase crude oil recovery by 15.23%,which is higher than that of the HPAM solution.Thus,it holds promise for application in oil displacement in oilfields.关键词
