医学院校生物科学专业生物信息学实践课教学改革探讨
Teaching reform in the practice course of bioinformatics for the students of biological sciences in medical schools
摘要
Abstract
Bioinformatics practice course(experimental course)is an important part of talent cultivation system in the specialty of biological sciences,and it has become increasingly important in the fields of life sciences and medicine.However,the bioinformatics practice course offered for the specialty of bioscience in medical schools fails to fulfill the need for the cultivation of interdisciplinary biomedical professionals.In view of the problem,this article puts forward suggestions of reform in teaching philosophy,teaching con-tent,teaching mode,and evaluation system.Medicine-related content was added to the practice teaching to strengthen medical charac-teristics.In addition,a blended teaching approach was combined with a diversified process-oriented evaluation system to foster learn-ing initiative in students.The teaching reform has improved the students' skills,highlighted the characteristics of talent cultivation in medical schools,and promoted the development of the practice course of bioinformatics.关键词
