Abstract
A unit number reduction rate control strategy(UNRCS)was proposed with the heat exchanger unit number in the structure as the search stage index.It regulated the integer variable reduction rate by forcing the generation of new heat exchanger unit matches,destroyed the original structural optimization process,and reinforced the neighborhood search capability by regulating the unit number and heat exchange quantity to achieve an adequate search of the heat exchanger unit number.Validation using 9SP and 20SP cases reveals that the total annual cost is 2 891 284 $ and 1 725 799 $,respectively,which are better than the optimal results from previous literature.These results validate that the method effectively improves the structural variability and global search capability.关键词
