Abstract
GC-MS,liquid chromatography(LC),and 1H NMR methods were used to establish analysis methods for the content of diol esters as internal electron donor in polypropylene catalysts.The sensitivity,accuracy,and convenience of the three analysis methods were compared.The experimental results indicate that the LC method has the lowest detection limit of 0.1 μg/mL for diol esters as internal electron donor,which has higher sensitivity than those of GC-MS and 1H NMR.The recovery rate of diol esters in the LC method is higher than 97.96%,which has better accuracy compared to that of GC-MS.Compared to GC-MS and 1H NMR methods,the LC method represents the most straightforward analytical methodology by direct catalyst dissolution followed by immediate sample analysis,while the GC-MS method requires acid digestion and extraction of the catalyst prior to sample analysis,and 1H NMR method requires appropriate internal standards and deuterated solvents.关键词
