Abstract
The reasons were analyzed and corresponding effective improvement measures were proposed for the fracture of ceramic balls in the ethylene refining deoxygenation bed of the Unipol gas-phase fluidized bed process for polyethylene.The main reason is that metal impurities in the ceramic balls,acting as catalysts,undergo ethylene polymerization reactions and produce polyethylene resin during the normal operation and regeneration process of the ethylene refining deoxygenation bed and thus result in the expansion and fracture of the ceramic balls.At the same time,effective improvement measures were proposed from the perspectives of the selection of ceramic balls and key points of operation during normal operation and regeneration,so as to ensure the safe,stable and long-term operation of the device.关键词
