天然药物化学"三阶六环"实验教学模式的探索
Exploration on the teaching model of"three stages and six links"in the course of experimental natural product chemistry

Abstract
Experimental natural product chemistry is a compulsory course for pharmacy students,however,there are problems of out-dated teaching content,monotonous teaching mode,and imperfect evaluation system in current teaching.The authors constructed a"three-stage and six-link"model characterized by independent enquiry and explored it in the experimental teaching of berberine extraction.The three stages are learning,doing,and innovating;the six links are problem identification,independent design,coopera-tive exploration,optimization,condensation of results,and expansion.The students learn to discover,analyze and solve problems,and they can also develop experimental skills,improve teamwork skills,and strengthen scientific research ability.This model guides students from passive learning to active exploration,so that they can increase their interest in learning,develop innovative thinking,and improve comprehensive quality.This model proves effective in the cultivation of innovative talents of pharmacy,providing reference for similar reforms in experimental teaching.关键词
