摘要

Abstract

Methane-oxidizing bacteria(MOB)can produce a variety of high value-added products from methane,making it highly valuable in applications.The research focus on increasing the yield of MOB products,and the application of metabolic engineering to synthesize a series of high value-added products.The research progress of methane-based high value-added products in recent years is introduced,mainly including ectoine,poly-β-hydroxybutyrate,and protein G.Combining the feasibility improvement of the process by various auxiliary products,the process flow,and the volume requirements of biorereactor,the relationship between product yield and methane and oxygen consumption as well as organic waste generation is discussed.In the future,with further breakthroughs in synthetic biology and reactor design,MOB will demonstrate broader application prospects in greenhouse gas resource utilization and high value-added biological manufacturing,providing key technological support for achieving the"dual carbon"goals.
