Building of experimental technical team in medical schools based on safety skills competition
摘要
Abstract
The management ability of the experimental technicians is the key to the safety of medical laboratories,which is the basis for the stable development of medical schools.Safety skills competition is an innovative means of safety management and education,and it can comprehensively test and improve the level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the participants.This paper sum-marizes the characteristics of laboratory management and analyzes the current situation of experimental technicians in medical colleges and universities.Based on the safety skills competition,the authors explored the path of"promoting learning,teaching reform,and construction through competition"to promote the building of experimental technical team and to ensure the efficient and safe operation of laboratories.关键词
