太行菊GRAS基因家族鉴定及其在盐胁迫下的表达分析
Identification of the GRAS gene family in Opisthopappus taihangensis and its analysis expression under salt stress

Abstract
[Objective]This study was aimed to identify the GRAS(OtGRAS)gene family members in Opisthopappus taihan-gensis and analyze their expression levels under salt stress.[Methods]Based on the genomic data of O.taihangensis,bioinfor-matics methods were used to analyze the structural characteristics,physicochemical properties,duplication events,and cis-act-ing elements in the promoter of the OtGRAS family members.The expression levels of OtGRAS family members under salt stress were analyzed using transcriptome data and validated by qRT-PCR.[Results]A total of 39 OtGRAS genes were identi-fied and classified into eight subfamilies(PAT1,DELLA,LISCL,SCR,HAM,LAS,SCL3 and SCL28).Among them,71.79%of the OtGRAS genes contained no introns,while the remaining genes contained 1~2 introns.Additionally,92.31%of OtGRAS proteins were rich in acidic amino acids,and all OtGRAS proteins were hydrophilic.Conservative motif analysis revealed that members of the PAT1,LISCL and some DELLA subfamilies contained all 10 motifs.Genomic replication event analysis identified seven pairs of segmental replications involving nine OtGRAS genes,distributed across six chromosomes.Cis-acting element prediction identified 819 elements of 14 types,which could be categorized into four major groups:light re-sponse,growth and development,hormone response,and stress response.Transcriptome data and qRT-PCR validation re-vealed the expression pattern of OtGRAS genes under salt stress,with OtGRAS11,OtGRAS13 and OtGRAS27 identified as candidate genes for salt stress response in O.taihangensis.[Conclusion]This study comprehensively identified the OtGRAS gene family members in O.taihangensis and screened candidate genes involved in salt stress response.The findings provided a theoretical basis for further exploration of the resistance mechanism of O.taihangensis and offered valuable information for the utilization of its resources.关键词
