果树果实大小性状的调控机制研究进展
Research Advances in the Molecular Regulation of Fruit Size in Fruit Crops
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]Fruit size is an important agronomic trait,closely associated with yield and qual-ity.This study aims to provide a reference for further research on the regulatory mechanism related to fruit size in fruit crops.[Method]By reviewing the literature,we systematically summarized recent research advances concerning the molecular regulation of fruit size regulation in fruit crops.[Result]Fruit size is determined by both cell number and cell volume,which are regulated by cell division and cell expansion.Fruit development is a complex and highly regulated process involving various factors,including the cell cycle,plant hormones(IAA,GA,CK,BR,ABA,etc.),transcription factors(CYP78,AP2/ERF,bHLH,MADS-box,MYB,NAC,WRKY,etc.),microRNAs,Hippo signaling pathway,ubiquitination-proteasome pathway,and epigenetic modifications.[Conclusion]This paper outlines the genetic loci and molecular regulatory factors controlling fruit size in fruit crops,investigates the mechanisms by which multiple pathways jointly regulate fruit size.It also provides prospects in the crosstalk between plant hormones,hormones and transcription factors,as well as the interactions between transcription fac-tors in controlling fruit size in fruit crops.关键词
