16种兰科植物的花粉形态特征研究
Comparative analysis of pollen morphological characteristics in 16 species of Orchids
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The purposes of this study was to investigate the pollen morphological characteristics of different orchids to provide a basis for the classification,identification,and plant evolution of the Orchidaceae.[Methods]The pollen morpholo-gy of 16 Orchidaceae species was observed and analyzed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),followed by principal component analysis(PCA)and cluster analysis.[Results]The pollen structures of the 16 Orchidaceae species included monads,tetrads,and pollinia.Pollen shapes were rhomboidal,tetragonal,ellipsoidal,triangular pyramidal,pear-shaped,pen-tagonal,and other irregular shapes;tetrad types were mostly rhomboidal,tetragonal,and ellipsoidal.The exine surface orna-mentation could be categorized into six types:wart-like,worm-like,wrinkled,micro-reticulated,foveolate,and reticulate.No distinct apertures were observed.Obvious adhesive substances were visible on the pollen surfaces of Acanthephippium syl-hetense,Renanthera coccinea,and Zeuxine strateumatica,while no significant sticky substances were found on the surface of most species.[Conclusion]There were significant differences in pollen morphology,size,and exine ornamentation among dif-ferent species and genera,showing rich diversity.Considering the overall characteristics of pollen morphology,the Orchidace-ae belongs to a relatively advanced plant group in terms of plant evolution.关键词
