外源山梨醇对低温胁迫下枇杷幼苗生理特性的影响
Effects of Exogenous Sorbitol on the Physiological Characteristics of Loquat Seedlings under Low Temperature Stress

Abstract
[Objective]To evaluate the effects of exogenous sorbitol on the growth and cold tolerance in loquat(Eriobotrya japonica)seedlings under low temperature stress.[Method]This experiment utilized 'Guozhenhao No.1' loquat seedlings as plant materials to investigate the impact of exogenous sorbitol treatment on their physiological characteristics under low temperature stress.The physiological and bio-chemical properties related to photosynthetic and cold resistance were measured in loquat seedlings treated with water and sorbitol leaf spraying were measured at 2,6,12,24,and 48 hours under-1℃low temperature conditions.[Result]Exogenous sorbitol treatment reduced the stress degree of loquat seedlings under low temperature stress.The leaf frost damage rate in the sorbitol treatment group de-creased by 39.64%at the 48th hour compared with the control group,while sorbitol content and soluble protein content increased by 6.34%and 5.22%,respectively.The treatment delayed the degradation of chlorophyll and carotenoids,increase of chlorophyll fluorescence,maintained the photosynthesis of leaves.It also alleviated the degree of membrane damage,reduced the relative electrical conductivity by 37.80%,and enhanced the activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD,APX,CAT)were increased.[Conclusion]Under low temperature stress,exogenous sorbitol can reduce the effects on the chlorophyll content,photosynthesis,photosynthetic system and antioxidant system in loquat leaves.This treatment alleviates the low temperature stress damage of loquat seedlings,and improves their cold resistance.关键词
