摘要

Abstract

[Objective]Plants of the genus Scutellaria(Lamiaceae)are important medicinal resources in traditional Chinese medi-cine,demonstrating a range of pharmacological properties including antitumor,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antiviral,hepato-protective,and neuroprotective activities.However,wild populations of Scutellaria species are confronting severe threats of re-source depletion due to persistent ecological destruction and excessive-wild harvesting.Scutellaria shanxiensis C.Y.Wu et H.W.Li,a single-domain endemic species exclusively distributed in Xuehua Mountain of Yongji City(Shanxi Province,Chi-na),has experienced a critical population decline,warranting its classification as Endangered(EN)on the IUCN Red List.This alarming conservation status necessitates immediate strategies for germplasm preservation and comprehensive research in-to sustainable utilization.[Methods]This study established an efficient in vitro propagation system using young stem segments from wild plants to investigate the regulatory effects of different types and concentration ratios of plant growth regulator on ad-ventitious bud induction and rhizogenesis.[Results](1)MS medium supplemented with 0.4 mg/L 6-BA and 0.05 mg/L NAA achieved maximal shoot proliferation efficiency(100%induction rate);(2)Root induction demonstrated complete success(100%rooting rate)on half-strength MS medium.Acclimatized plantlets transplanted into a composite substrate(nutritional soil∶vermiculite∶perlite=2∶1∶1)exhibited a 97%survival rate.[Conclusion]The established rapid propagation protocol provid-ed a theoretical framework and a methodological foundation for industrialized seedling production.These results carry substan-tial implications for the conservation of S.shanxiensis genetic resources,offering viable strategies for the rehabilitation of its wild populations and the sustainable utilization of this endangered species.
