健脾养正消癥方治疗ⅡA-Ⅳ期胃癌的临床疗效观察
Clinical efficacy observations of Jianpi Yangzheng Xiaozheng Formula(健脾养正消癥方)in the treatment of stage ⅡA-Ⅳ gastric cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the regulatory effects of Jianpi Yangzheng Xiaozheng Formula(健脾养正消癥方,JYXF)on regu-latory T cells(Tregs)and its clinical efficacy in controlling disease progression in patients with stage IIA-IV gastric cancer.Methods A total of 66 patients with stage IIA-IV gastric cancer were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=34)and a control group(n=32)by random number table.The control group received standard chemotherapy containing fluorouracil,and the treatment group was treated with modified JYXF on this basis.The treatment cycle was 84 days.The positive rates of CD4+CD25+CD127lowTreg in peripheral blood were detected and compared between the two groups.The TCM syndrome scores,gastric cancer quality of life scale(QLICPQ-1.0)and Piper Fatigue Scale(PFS)scores of the two groups were also evaluated.Results After 84 days of treatment,the treatment group showed more significant amelioration in symptoms,including:abdominal distension was significantly improved(P<0.05);symptoms includ-ing stomach pain,fatigue,shortness of breath,loose stools,nausea,and vomiting were more significantly improved in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01);the improvement in symptom scale,physical function,emotional function and specific module scores was better than that in the control group;the reduction in fatigue total score,behavioral dimension and sensory dimension scores was significantly better than that in the control group,among which the clinical treatment efficacy of behavioral dimension and sensory dimension(fatigue score reduction≥30%)was significantly improved;compared with the positive rate of 12.1%in the control group,the positive rate of CD4+CD25+CD127lowTreg in the treatment group(7.56%)was significantly reduced compared with its base-line and the control group(12.1%after treatment)(P<0.05);in different stages of gastric cancer,the percentage of Treg in CD4+T cells in peripheral blood of patients with stage ⅢB and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that of patients with stage ⅡA(P<0.05).Con-clusion The combination of fluorouracil chemotherapy with JYXF in the treatment of patients with stage IIA-IV gastric cancer can signifi-cantly reduce the level of peripheral blood Treg,ameliorate clinical symptoms,and alleviate cancer-related fatigue,which deserves clinical application and promotion.关键词
