老年伏风证的理论探源
Investigating the theoretical origins of geriatric latent wind syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Historically discussed latent wind has been interpreted either as an etiological factor or a pathogenic mechanism.HU Jingq-ing innovatively proposed the concept of geriatric latent wind syndrome,which specifically refers to a category of disorders in the elderly characterized by deficient healthy qi due to factors such as aging,leading to endogenous wind pathogens that manifest at specific times.These conditions present clinical features analogous to the"rapid and changeable nature"of wind.Through tracing the theoretical origins of latent pathogens and latent wind,combined with clinical analysis,this study summarizes its conceptual framework,etiology,patho-genesis,clinical characteristics,diagnostic and therapeutic principles,as well as representative formulas.The introduction of geriatric latent wind syndrome not only enhances our understanding of the evolving patterns of immunosenescence in traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis,but also provides novel insights for treating immunosenescence-related comorbidities in the elderly.关键词
