伊犁哈萨克自治州1～6岁儿童孤独症谱系障碍患病率及临床特征分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the prevalence and clinical characteristics of autism spectrum disorder(ASD)in children aged 1-6 years old in Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted.A total of 3612 children aged 1-6 years old in Yili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture from June to December 2024 were included for the preliminary screening of ASD,and their prevalence and clinical characteristics were analyzed.Results The prevalence of boys was higher than that of girls(P＜0.05).The prevalence increased with age,but there was no significant difference in the prevalence among different age groups(P＞0.05).The prevalence was different in different regions,and the highest prevalence was found in Tekes County(P＜0.05).The childhood autism rating scale score of boys was higher than that of girls(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of childhood autism rating scale in different ages and regions(P＞0.05).The total proportion of autism disorder was 40.38%(21/52),the total proportion of pervasive developmental disorder was 23.08%(12/52),and the total proportion of language delay was 36.54%(19/52).Children aged 5-6 years old accounted for the highest proportion of autism disorder.Children aged 1-＜2 years old had the highest proportion of pervasive developmental disorder.Children aged 4-＜5 years old accounted for the highest proportion of language delay.The Tekes County had the greatest number of children(7 with pervasive developmental disorder and 6 with language delay).Nilka County had the least number of children,with only one child with autism disorder.Xinyuan County had the most children with autism disorder(5 cases).Conclusion There are gender and regional differences in the prevalence of ASD in children aged 1-6 years old in Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture.The clinical psychological behavior of children with ASD is more obvious in boys and Turks County.关键词
