基于CiteSpace的可视化分析产后无乳或少乳的研究现状、热点及发展趋势
Visualization analysis of the research status,hotspots and development trends of postpartum agalactia or hypogalactia based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective To analyze the research status,hotspots and development trends of postpartum agalactia or hypogalactia based on CiteSpace visualization tool.Methods A literature search was conducted on CNKI from January 1,2014,to February 1,2025.Priority was given to clinical studies such as randomized controlled trials and case reports,as well as reviews,while animal experiments were excluded.Ultimately,273 articles were included.Visualization analysis was performed using CiteSpace with 1-year time slices,institution/author/keyword nodes,g-index=25,Top 50 criteria,Pathfinder/MST pruning,and LLR clustering.Results Publication volume showed a declining trend from 2014 to 2024.Keyword co-occurrence analysis indicated that current research centered on postpartum lactation insufficiency,primarily focusing on non-pharmacological traditional Chinese medicine interventions such as acupoint massage and moxibustion.The network density formed by research institutions(Density=0.0026)and authors(Density=0.005)was low,with the maximum number of publications per institution being only 3 and core authors publishing no more than 4 papers.Cluster analysis identified 10 modules(Modularity Q=0.976),with prominent keywords including massage,lactation,acupoint massage,and milk secretion.Conclusion Research interest on postpartum agalactia or hypogalactia has dropped due to social factors,with no unified pathogenesis framework.Future work should expand scope,build collaboration platforms,and use network pharmacology to clarify traditional Chinese medicine mechanisms,supporting clinical and policy advancements.关键词
