Source-Network-Load Dynamic Reconfiguration Strategy for Distribution Networks Based on DTW-Fisher Time Slot Segmentation

Abstract
In order to solve the dynamic reconfiguration problem of distribution network containing Distributed Generation(DG),a reconfiguration strategy based on DTW-Fisher time slot segmentation is proposed.Firstly,a dynamic reconfiguration model of distribution network is established from voltage deviation,active network loss,and system load balance degree,and a hierarchical analysis method is introduced to determine the inertia weight coefficients of the three;secondly,Dynamic Time Warping(DTW)distance is introduced to replace the evaluation indexes in the original Fisher segmentation for the time slot division of daily load,and an improved genetic algorithm is proposed to optimally solve the proposed model,which introduces Latin Hypercube Sampling(LHS)generating sequence instead of the original algorithm for random population initialization,and introduces new crossover and variance adaptive operators instead of the original algorithm for fixed values;finally,one day's load data are constructed and verified by dynamic reconstruction analysis in the node cases of IEEE33 and IEEE69,respectively.The results show that the improved algorithm decreases 5.5%,6.6%,and 1.7%in average network loss,voltage deviation,and system load balance,respectively,relative to the original genetic algorithm,and decreases 7.7%,8.4%,and 5.0%,respectively,relative to the original particle swarm algorithm.Under the time slot division,when it is applied to the IEEE33 node system,and,relative to the unreconstructed period,the voltage deviation,network loss,system load balance are decreased by 47.5%,27.3%,and 28.6%,respectively;while it is applied to the IEEE69 node system,the voltage deviation,network loss,system load balance are decreased by 66.8%,46.7%,and 25.8%,respectively.Compared with the original grid system,the proposed reconfiguration strategy achieves the purpose of increasing the voltage,decreasing the network loss,and decreasing the system load balance.关键词
