Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of physician-home interconnecting comprehensive nursing on life quality in chil-dren with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 100 children with bronchial asthma who were treated at Characteristics Medical Center of Chinese People's Armed Police Force from January 2022 to January 2024 were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received physician-home interconnection comprehensive nursing.The attacks of bronchial asthma were compared between the two groups.Before and 6 months after intervention,the children's psychological stress was assessed by Self-Rating Scale for Depressive Disorder in Childhood Anxiety-Related Disorders(SCARED)and Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children(DSRSC),and the life quality was assessed by Pediatric Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire(PAQLQ).The overall nursing satisfaction was also statistically analyzed.Results Within 6 months of intervention,the number of asthma attacks,emergency visits and readmissions in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SCARED scores and DSRSC scores of both groups decreased,and the scores of the observation group were lower(P<0.05);the symptom scores,activity scores,emotional function scores and total PAQLQ scores of both groups increased,and the scores in observation group were higher(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Physician-home integrated nursing can reduce the frequency of asthma at-tacks in children,alleviate psychological stress,improve the their life quality and increase nursing satisfaction.关键词
