摘要

Abstract

The PV combiner box is an important component of the PV power generation system,used to ensure the orderly connection of PV modules and can serve as a combiner.If the PV combiner box malfunctions,its affiliated PV array will immediately stop generating electricity,causing a certain fluctuation in the output power of the PV power generation system,and the faults of the PV combiner box are mostly caused by heating faults.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the causes of common heating faults in PV combiner boxes.Then,taking the combustion accident of the PV combiner box at a PV power station in Zhanjiang City,Guangdong Province as an example,the cause of the fault is analyzed.Finally,corresponding preventive measures are provided for the heating fault of the PV combiner box.The analysis results show that the main reasons for the heating failure of PV combiner boxes include weather conditions and poor heat dissipation,communication board heating,internal component failure of PV combiner boxes,and wiring failure of PV combiner boxes.Preventive measures for PV combiner box heating failure can be taken from three aspects:controlling procure,ment and installation quality,adopting intelligent operation and maintenance mode,and regular inspection and maintenance.
