摘要
Abstract
In the context of sustainable development,various regions across China have actively respond to the national goals of emission peak and carbon neutrality,and fully support and promote the development of national green energy construction.Yunnan region vigorously promotes the construction of mountain PV power generation projects by utilizing its undeveloped land resources such as barren mountains and hills.This paper takes a mountain PV power generation project in Yunnan region that adopts the EPC management mode as an example.Firstly,the construction difficulties of such projects are analyzed from four aspects:construction of PV bracket pile foundation,equipment and material transportation,PV module installation,and construction of soil and water conservation engineering in the PV field.Then,leveraging the advantages of EPC management mode and combining with EPC management experience,specific control measures are proposed for the construction difficulties of such projects.Through scientific and rational design optimization,strict quality control,and safety management,the above-mentioned construction difficulties can be effectively solved,ensuring the smooth progress and timely operation of this mountain PV power generation project and making positive contributions to the construction and development of green energy in Yunnan region.The successful experience of this project can provide reference and guidance for other similar projects,thereby promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the PV industry.关键词
