"双钳-大环协同"效应:一种提升大环主客体识别能力的新策略

Abstract
Macrocyclic hosts play a pivotal role in host-guest recognition and sensing owing to their advantages of easy functionalization and tunable cavity structures.Developing effective strategies to enhance their selectivity and sensing performance toward target guests is of great significance.This highlight introduces a novel strategy recently proposed by our research group—the"two-clamp-macrocycle synergy"effect.Based on this concept,a series of A,A'-bifunctionalized conjugated pillar[5]arene macrocycles were designed and synthesized.These macrocycles exhibit highly efficient binding toward specific guests such as ClO4-and Al3+through"two-clamp-macrocycle synergy"effect,demonstrating that this is a general and effective strategy for enhancing host-guest recognition capabilities.关键词
