基于多维技术特征的专利权稳定性研究
Research on the Stability of Patent Rights Based on Multi-Dimensional Technical Characteristics

Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Stable patent rights can continuously bring competitive advantages and commercial benefits to the holder,thus achieving the effect of encouraging innovation.[Method/Process]This study took patent stabi-lity as the research object,constructed a patent stability evaluation model based on patent technical characteristics,con-ducted empirical research using the new generation of information technology as a case,verified the effectiveness of the evaluation model using patent reexamination invalidation data,and further analyzed the impact of each dimension.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that technological foundation has the greatest impact on patent stability,followed by techno-logical stakeholder strength,technological recognition,and technological potential.At the national level,the United States has the best patent stability,followed by Japan and South Korea,and China is relatively weak.This study provides a new perspective and method for understanding and improving the stability of patent rights,which has important reference value for patent managers and policymakers.关键词
