高价值专利路径成因研究
Research on the Causes of High Value Patent Pathways

Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Understanding the formation paths of high-value patents can help enterprises refine their patent strategies and offer guidance for strengthening national intellectual property systems.[Method/Process]This study examined high-value patents in the field of compressed air energy storage,adopting a dual perspective of inter-nal value attributes(technological,market,legal,economic,strategic)and the external competitive environment(cre-ation,utilization,protection,management,services).Using Necessary Condition Analysis(NCA)and Fuzzy-set Qualita-tive Comparative Analysis(fsQCA),it investigated the configurational paths that lead to high-value patents.[Result/Con-clusion]The results show that high-value patents emerge from complex,non-linear interactions between internal attributes and external conditions,driven by multiple causal combinations.Five distinct configurations are identified:technology-driven,strategic synergy,economic dominance,environmental dependence,and hybrid paths.The study highlights the central role of technological value and emphasizes the importance of both sustained innovation and dynamic environmental alignment.It recommends enhancing core patent portfolios,improving the commercialization ecosystem,and cultivating potential high-value patents.关键词
