Abstract
As the deepening of reforms and the continuous advancement of digital transformation in state-owned enterprises,investment project management faces challenges such as expanding scale,increasing process complexity,and elevated regulatory difficulty.Based on the"full lifecycle"management concept,this paper designs and implements an investment project management system covering the three major stages of pre-investment,during-investment,and post-investment.The system integrates core modules including project initiation,decision-making approval,process supervision,and intelligent early-warning,realizing integrated closed-loop management and control of investment projects.Application results demonstrate that the system effectively enhances the scientificity,standardization,and operational efficiency of investment management,providing a referential digital management practice for similar enterprises.关键词
