摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of medical informatization,medical insurance settlement,as a core link in medical services,its efficiency and convenience directly affect the patient experience and the utilization of medical resources.Based on the analysis of the existing outpatient and inpatient settlement processes,the process and system connection structure are optimized and innovated in this paper.By adopting the Java development environment and Spring Boot framework technology,a smart medical insurance comprehensive service platform scheme based on cloud computing,Big Data and Artificial Intelligence is designed and implemented.This scheme integrates functions such as patient appointment registration,inpatient registration,discharge settlement and medical insurance reimbursement into one,achieving seamless connection between the hospital's internal information system and the medical insurance system while ensuring real-time data synchronization and update.At the same time,encryption technology is adopted to ensure the security of data transmission.关键词
