变量关系视角下长治市楼后村工业遗存重构探析
Analysis of Reconstructing the Industrial Heritage of Louhou Village in Changzhi City from the Perspective of Variable Relationships

Abstract
As urbanization develops into the middle and later stages,stock renewal gradually replaces incremen-tal growth and becomes a key focus of urban and rural spatial governance.Taking Changzhi Louhou Village Gypsum Powder Factory as a case study,we construct a theoretical transmission model of urban-rural resource complementari-ty,industrial waste land transformation,and rural revitalization.We systematically analyze the role mechanism and causal relationships among variables in the transformation process.By examining the interactive relationship between urban-rural resource complementarity and rural revitalization,we explore the variable theory in industrial space trans-formation.The results show that by protecting industrial heritage and promoting interaction between urban and rural resources,coupled with rural revitalization,the space can be transformed into a comprehensive area that combines functions and services.This approach encourages the two-way flow of production factors and increases spatial resili-ence.This study offers a practical reference for the regeneration of industrial heritage within urban-rural integration.关键词
