产业链视角下国产大型民机产业发展水平测度及对策研究
Measurement and Countermeasures Research on the Development Level of China's Domestic Large Civil Aircraft Industry from the Perspective of the Industrial Chain

Abstract
Large civil aircraft industry is an important engine to strengthen the national strategic scientific and technological strength.The domestic large-scale civil aircraft C919 is moving towards the goal of large-scale operation and serial development.In this process,its development is faced with constraints such as key core technologies being subject to people,imperfect infrastructure for operation and maintenance,and low coordination efficiency.Based on the multi-dimensional connotation of industrial chain,this paper puts forward the development plan of domestic large-scale civil aircraft industry,constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of domestic large-scale civil aircraft industry chain,and uses entropy TOPSIS method,K-means method and obstacle degree model to analyze the development level score,spatial and temporal evolution and obstacle factors of domestic large-scale civil aircraft industry chain.In this paper,in order to improve the added value of the industrial chain as the basic focus,to meet the market demand as the internal driving force,to strengthen enterprise cooperation as the external thrust,from the key core areas of empowerment,strengthen the leading enterprise links,optimize the whole chain production layout and other aspects,put forward to enhance the domestic large civil aircraft industry development resilience and safety countermeasures and suggestions.关键词
