Exploring the Structural Dilemma and Governance Path of Global Ecological Unequal Exchange
摘要
Abstract
Currently,the world faces complex ecological challenges such as cross-border pollution transfer and competition for natural resources.The relationship between humans and ecosystems is becoming increasingly strained.In this process,developed capitalist countries bear an undeniable historical responsibility for the global structural imbalance ecosystem.Their capital accumulation system depends on a 'center-periphery'framework,ex-ploiting natural resources of peripheral countries through the international division of labor and relocating environ-mental costs globally via industrial relocation.This spatial restoration strategy results in the geographical transfer of ecological externalities and establishes a highly unequal system of ecological resource exchange,thereby intensifying the global ecological crisis.This study introduces the theoretical framework of ecological Marxism to elucidate its pathways for constructing an alternative developmental paradigm that transcends the ecological exploitation logic of capitalism.These pathways encompass the transformation of value orientations,the optimization of labor time alloca-tion,innovation in labor organization,the democratization of production relations,and the affirmation of fundamen-tal work values.This theoretical perspective not only deepens the critique of the root causes of unequal ecological exchange but also provides theoretical references and insights for exploring governance approaches.关键词
